ASSIG (Alpen Strategic Security & Intelligence Group) is a high-technology, strategically significant project aimed at establishing a private strategic security and intelligence center in Switzerland. The project is designed as a new professional infrastructure integrating strategic analysis, intelligence technologies, physical and electronic security, as well as the training of top-tier specialists.
ASSIG is being created in response to a systemic shortage of truly professional security solutions in Europe, where the market is formally saturated but in practice controlled by a limited number of players lacking deep operational expertise. The project targets corporate clients, institutional entities, and private customers who require not merely formal security services, but comprehensive management of risks, threats, and crisis situations.

Scale and Implementation
The first phase of the project is planned for a period of up to 12 months and involves investments of approximately CHF 10,000,000. During this stage, the core infrastructure of the center, analytical and intelligence capabilities, operational teams, and the initial service lines will be established.
The project is conceived as a scalable model, capable of expanding both within Switzerland and across the European Union, with subsequent growth in capitalization and the range of solutions offered

PETRA Villas Kobuleti is an exclusive residential complex consisting of ten luxury villas in Byzantine style, located within close proximity to the historic Byzantine fortress of PETRA. The project is set between the Black Sea coastline and the Shavsheti-Meskheti mountain range, just twenty minutes from Batumi and eight minutes from the beach.

Each villa features a private panoramic rooftop terrace equipped with a jacuzzi, lounge area and barbecue zone. The complex also offers an infinity pool, a fitness and yoga studio, dedicated concierge services and parking facilities.

The project is being developed under the leadership of an experienced project manager, Taras Kostenko, founder of the Horosho design studio, with over twenty years of professional experience and more than four hundred completed projects. The general contractor is GEUZ International, a company with hands-on experience in the construction of residential developments in Georgia and Central Asian countries. The project structure and administration are managed in Switzerland through NBX Capital AG.
Construction is scheduled to begin in January 2026, with completion expected by the end of 2027. The estimated value of the completed property is between EUR 12 and 13 million.
